Mail quota functionality has been added to all users using Fronter mail. It will now be possible to view how much space that is available on your mail account at all times.

Support for students and regular users

All students and regular users should contact their local administrator for support. Each building has at least one administrator/superuser that is trained to answer technical or practical Fronter related questions.
Fronter do NOT offer support services to end users.

Support for teachers

All teachers should contact their local administrator for support. If your local administrator is unable to help, they will ask Fronter technical support for assistance.

Support for administrators and superusers

If you are listed as the local administrator or superuser in your Fronter building, you can register and get access to our administrator forum. The administrator forum is available to all administrators where you can discuss experiences, download documentation and read important information regarding Fronter.
If you have attended a Fronter administrator course, you can ask Fronter directly for support. Maximum two persons from each building can contact Fronter support. Please search the help files, FAQ and administrator forum for a solution to your problem before contacting Fronter support.

Who can contact Fronter support?

All administrators registered in our support register can contact Fronter support. These are persons who have attended an administrator course hosted by Fronter. Only two persons from each installation can contact Fronter support. If your installation gets a new administrator, please make sure to notify Fronter. The new administrator MUST participate in an administrator course regardless of skill or if the person has participated in any other courses.
